Picture that Mom took of David and I at yesterday’s awesome sushi adventure of epicness.

Fun side note: David had only ever had sushi from the mall before he met me and was convinced that he didn’t like it. Other girls tried to get him to reconsider sushi and he always told them “No!” It took very little convincing from me to get him to give it a second chance. Now he loves it!

OMG, I’m so hungry and sushi sounds so good! But I’m poor and can’t afford it. Why did I have to see this photo right now? It’s torture!

What are your favorite types of sushi? I’m not very adventurous, so I stick with salmon or cucumber roll, or crab and shrimp, hehe. Plus most sushi has avocado in it, and I’m not a big fan. My husband loves eel and salmon.

My mom has been home sick all week. Meaning I haven’t had a day to myself and won’t till Tuesday. My introvert side is screaming internally so I’m hiding in my bedroom till David gets home from work.

P.S. I realize this post seems pretty shitty. It’s not like my mom WANTS to be sick and I realize she can’t help it. But, that doesn’t stop me from needing some alone time.

I totally understand. On the weekends when my husband and our roommate are home, I still need my alone time, even though I get alone time during the week. I feel bad about it because I feel like I should cherish the time we have together.
